Maple IO Terms of Use

The following terms and conditions ("Terms") dictate your use of the Maple IO website, found at www.mapleio.com, and other related subdomains and sites (collectively referred to as the "Site"). These terms establish a legal understanding between yourself and Maple IO Corporation ("Maple IO" or "we"). Maple IO, as a provider of online information, invites you to access and engage with this Site, agreeing to adhere to and be bound by the Terms outlined. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Site or these Terms at our discretion. Changes and updates to the Terms will be communicated on the Site, and your continued use of the Site following such adjustments signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms, even if you haven't specifically reviewed the modifications.
Copyright, Trademarks, and Content
The contents of this Site, including, but not limited to, information, text, graphics, and images, trademarks, brands, and logos (excluding Submissions (defined below)) (the "Content") are safeguarded by intellectual property laws. The title to the Content shall not transfer to you or any other user of this Site and shall remain with Maple IO. Maple IO owns the names, trademarks, and logos on the Site used for the company's business and those of the company's products and services mentioned on this site, and these names are protected by intellectual property laws. All other trademarks, names, and logos on the Site are the property of their respective owners. You agree not to display or use any Maple IO names, logos, or trademarks in any manner without Maple IO's prior written consent.
Maple IO hereby grants you a limited, individual, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license, permitting the utilization and presentation of the Content, as well as the use of services provided on the Site. This authorization is exclusively for your personal, non-commercial use in the case of an individual, and for business purposes if you represent an organization or act as an agent for it. You are granted permission to view, email, download, or print copies of the Content strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes. When engaging in such actions, it is imperative to include all copyright and associated notices contained within the Content, such as any copyright notices situated at the bottom of the page. Reproduction, transcription, storage in retrieval systems, translation into natural or computer languages, re-transmission through any means (electronic, mechanical, photographic, recorded, or otherwise), resale, or redistribution of the Content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Maple IO.

Maple IO retains the right to generally revoke these limited licenses at any time. The mentioned licenses will automatically terminate, without notice, if you violate any of these Terms. Upon termination or revocation, you are obligated to promptly remove and disable all links to this Site and/or destroy any downloaded or printed Content, as applicable. Except as explicitly outlined herein, you acknowledge the absence of any right, title, or interest in or to the Site or Content on any legal grounds. Any software provided for download from the Site by Maple IO is subject to a separate end user license agreement applicable to each software download.

The responsibility for the content and services of linked third-party websites lies outside the purview of this Site. Maple IO neither reviews, controls, nor monitors the content, materials, or services on these third-party websites, and makes no assertions regarding their accuracy or legitimacy. If you opt to access linked third-party websites from this Site, you do so at your own risk. Submissions:
Within specific sections of the Site, Maple IO empowers you to contribute information, materials, and/or content, encompassing but not limited to profiles, profile snapshots or photos, customizations, comments, chats, message board interactions, or other forum communications (each referred to as a "Submission"). These Submissions can be made through posting areas, blogs, emails, or other services linked to this Site. You acknowledge that each Submission, including its legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality, and copyright, is your full responsibility when provided in connection with the Site. Any Submission you make in connection with this Site is considered non-proprietary and non-confidential, and you consent to Maple IO utilizing or disseminating it without restrictions for any purpose. By submitting information to the Site, you grant Maple IO a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to link to, utilize, use, copy, exploit, and prepare derivative works of the Submission, in any media now known or not currently known or invented.
The information you submit is not deemed confidential, yet Maple IO commits to handling your information in line with its Privacy Policy applicable to personally identifiable information. You maintain ownership of any copyrights or other intellectual property rights related to the information you submit to Maple IO, such as your Submissions. You also agree not to upload, post, or make available on the Site any material protected by copyright, trademark, or any other proprietary right without the express permission of the owner of such rights, and the responsibility for determining that any material is not protected by any such right lies with you. You assume sole liability for any damage resulting from any infringement of copyrights, trademarks, proprietary rights, or any other harm arising from a Submission. You affirm and warrant that: (i) you own the Submissions posted by you on or through the Site or have the right to grant the license outlined in this section, and (ii) the posting of your Submissions on or through the Site does not violate the rights of any person. You agree to cover all royalties, fees, and any other payments owed to any person due to Submissions posted by you to or through the Site.

This list serves as an example and is not exhaustive. These restrictions do not mandate Maple IO to actively monitor, police, or remove Submissions or other user-submitted information. Maple IO reserves the right to (a) terminate the ability to post on the Site and (b) reject, delete, or remove any Submissions, with or without cause and with or without notice, for reasons Maple IO deems inappropriate or disruptive to the Site, its services, or other users. Maple IO may report actions that may be illegal to law enforcement authorities and cooperate with them in any investigation of alleged illegal activities on the Internet, either as required by law or at Maple IO's discretion.
You acknowledge that your interactions and dealings with other Site users are exclusively between you and those users. Maple IO is not accountable for any loss or damage resulting from such interactions and/or dealings, and Maple IO has no obligation to intervene in such disputes, unless legally required or at Maple IO's discretion.
Copyright and Trademark Violations
Notification:
At Maple IO, we hold utmost respect for the intellectual property of others, and we encourage you to share the same sentiment. Maple IO may, when deemed appropriate and at our discretion, revoke access to the Site for users found infringing on the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your work is a subject of copyright infringement and/or trademark infringement and is visible on the Site, please furnish Maple IO's copyright agent with the following details:
A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right allegedly infringed.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed or, in the case of multiple copyrighted works at a single online site covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
Identification of the material claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity, with information reasonably sufficient for Maple IO to locate the material.
Information reasonably sufficient for Maple IO to contact the complaining party, including an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the use of the material in the complained-of manner is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right allegedly infringed.

Legal Notices
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Country of Thailand, disregarding conflicts of law principles. You agree to the jurisdiction of the federal or state courts located in Thailand concerning any action or proceeding arising from or related to these Terms, and you hereby waive any objection to venue or other objections you may have to such action or proceeding taking place in the federal or state courts in Thailand. Our failure or delay in exercising any right under these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of that right. If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such part will be considered void, and these Terms will be construed as if such part had not been included. The headings used in these Terms are for convenience only and have no impact on the meaning or interpretation of these Terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties:
Your engagement with the Site and Site Content, including the submission of feedback, is entirely at your own discretion. The Site and Site Content are presented on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Maple IO explicitly disclaims all forms of warranties, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Additionally, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the Site or Site Content, and any reliance on them is at your own risk.
